Key responsibilities:

Conduct long-term feasibility studies for factory layouts and translate high-level system requirements into precise facility specifications.
Serve as the primary project lead for Manufacturing Services on new build and renovation projects in close collaboration with CRE.
Align technical designs and scope definitions across multidisciplinary engineering, operational, and external stakeholder teams.
Evaluate and refine technical input to continuously improve serviceability, lead times, and spatial efficiency.
Participate actively in CRE project team meetings to safeguard Manufacturing Services' operational requirements.

You are successful when you have...
- A Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Applied Physics.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an engineering, production, or service environment involving high-tech products.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead leading new building or renovation projects.
- Proven track record analyzing technical designs in terms of industrialization, serviceability, or system reliability.
